Thanks for this help, I had a 2day old Acer phablet that became unresponsive today, spoke to company who sold it, said I can non have a refund, but would have to send it in for repairs, take a few days, and then no phone for me, well I followed your steps on doing a difficult reboot, piece of cake to do, and now I have a fully working phone again, thank you and then much.
